Anguib Beach is a famous spot in the Northern Tip of the Philippines. Considered as the Boracay of the North, it shares the white powdery sand with Boracay. The huge difference lies on the development of the resort- no hotels and restaurants are found right within the vicinity and one will have to go to the town proper to get a place to stay. The alternative for dining experience would be the chance to taste the local fare using fresh catch from the sea, at very minimal prices. The food comes from whatever catch the locals manning the area have for the day. The place is very quiet and privacy is enjoyed. If you think the tides are high on your visit, it is always best to bring your own food and have some barbeque right on the spot. Honestly, I do not mind the simplicity at all as the beach is clean, the air is fresh. No trace of anything smelly unlike in most tourist-crowded areas. No entrance fees and the beautiful cottages priced at minimum.
