Baggao Tourist Destination

Baggao, Cagayan offers a lot of extreme adventures. They boasts of several scenic spots like Blue Water Cave and Falls, Duba Cave, Laglagto River, and Hot Spring to name a few.Baggao is a first class municipality in the province of Cagayan. It is located 62 kilometers away from Tuguegarao City and approximately 517 kilometers north of Metro Manila.This is the corn field in Barangay San Miguel.The main source of living in the town is farming. A few days ago, some members of Cagayan Valley Bloggers Society have the chance to visit the place. Cave enthusiast will truly love Duba Cave. If you are into extreme adventure, this is for you. It is situated in Barangay San Miguel, Baggao. You will have a close encounter with the bats inside the cave, swimming along the lagoon and admire huge and beautiful rock formation. On its tail end, you will have a promising view of waterfalls reflecting a skylight opening.Laglagto River is also located in Barangay San Miguel. It is a 30-40 minute trek. It boasts of gigantic white rock formation and a beautiful scenery of mountain as you go along the trail to Laglagto. One of the highlights is passing through a hanging bridge. Getting to the bridge itself is a journey.Blue Water Cave and Falls is another place to visit in the town of Baggao. It is situated in Barangay Santa Margarita. You will be surprised with the beauty of nature. A two-hour trek is worth it after entering the cave.You will be welcomed with a cold breeze and magnificent crystal rock formation. It soothes away the stress of the day. :) Cagayan is dubbed as the “Caving Capital" of the country.
